Design

Edsons has a rich history of designing bespoke purpose-built furniture with their heritage dating back to 1885.

Working closely with architects, interior designers and builders during the design process means that the vision and desired finish of all those involved can be fully achieved from the beginning through to the final manufacture and installation.

Architectural drawings are re-produced in detail by the in-house team of CAD (computer aided drawing) technicians. The latest CAD and 3D visual design software is used, so that  conceptual visuals can be created and the finished joinery can be viewed as a 3D model.

Once the CAD drawings have been approved, a further detailed site survey is undertaken to ensure precision manufacture and installation. This attention to detail ensures the ‘fit-first-time’ reputation is consistently upheld.

Many accolades regarding the quality of Edsons drawings, are received. It is believed this is a very important stage in the successful installation and completion of a project.
